• Material: High-quality twill with detailed embroidery

How to apply

Works on cotton, denim, canvas, fleece and similar fabrics.

You'll need: a household iron (no steam), a thin pressing cloth (pillowcase, cotton tee or parchment paper), a flat heat-safe surface, and clean dry fabric with no fabric softener.

1. Place it. Lay the garment flat and position the patch.
2. Warm the fabric. Press the area for 5 seconds with a hot iron.
3. Cover it. Lay your pressing cloth over the patch to protect the threads.
4. Press. Iron on “Cotton” or 325–350°F. Firm, even pressure for 15–20 seconds. No back-and-forth motion.
5. Seal it. Turn the garment inside out and press the back of the patch for another 10–15 seconds.
6. Cool it. Let it cool completely before wearing or washing.

Washing

Turn the garment inside out, cold wash on gentle, air dry only.

For the strongest hold, stitch around the edges after ironing — especially on hats, heavy-use garments, or stretchy fabric.
