Shipping
United States: flat $9.95. Free on orders over $125.
International: calculated at checkout based on your address. DHL, UPS and standard international options are available. Import duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, weekends and holidays excluded. We ship as fast as we can — most orders go out well inside that window.
Delivery
US orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after shipping, depending on your location. International takes longer.
Tracking
An order confirmation goes out immediately, and a tracking number follows by email as soon as your package ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is with USPS or UPS, delivery is in their hands — we're not a shipping carrier and can't reroute or locate a package once it's scanned in. If a package is lost in transit, the carrier is responsible for the claim, and we'll help you file it.
If a package is refused or returned to us undelivered, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
30 days from delivery on in-stock items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Email info@visionscollections.com with your order number to start.
Customers cover return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Exchanges
Same 30-day window. Email us your order number and the size you want — if it's in stock we'll send it out as soon as the original is on its way back.
Made-to-order pieces
Some items are produced individually in small runs and are marked made to order on the product page. These are eligible for size exchange but not refund.
Damaged or wrong item
Email within 15 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it and cover shipping both ways.
