3. Products and orders

Product descriptions, images and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

4. Payments and billing

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. If a payment is unsuccessful we may cancel the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, though delays can occur. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for how we handle lost, stolen or misdelivered packages.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Custom pieces and items marked Final Sale are not eligible. Store credit, exchange and refund to the original payment method are all available. 7. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, images and content on this site are the property of The Visions Collection. You may not use, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. User conduct

By using our site you agree not to use it for illegal or unauthorised purposes, attempt to hack, disrupt or interfere with the site or our services, or post false or misleading information.

9. Limitation of liability

The Visions Collection is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Eastpointe, Michigan.
