                  HOW TO APPLY YOUR IRON-ON PATCH

Applies to: Cotton, denim, canvas, fleece, and similar fabrics

                       ✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

A household iron (no steam)

• Thin pressing cloth (pillowcase, cotton tee, or parchment paper)
• Flat, heat-safe surface (like an ironing board)
• Clean dry fabric (no moisture, no fabric softener)

🧷 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Choose Placement:  

Lay your garment on a flat surface and place the patch where you want it.

1. Preheat the Fabric (Optional):
   Lightly press the area for 5 seconds with a hot iron to warm up the fabric.
2. Cover with Cloth:
   Place your pressing cloth over the patch to protect the threads.
3. Iron It On:
   
   • Set iron to “Cotton” or 325–350°F
   • Press firmly for 15–20 seconds
   • Apply even pressure — no back-and-forth motion
4. Flip and Seal:
   
5. Turn the garment inside out and press the backside of the patch for another 10–15 seconds.
6. Let it Cool:
   Allow the patch to cool completely before wearing or washing.

🧼 WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Turn garment inside out when washing
• Cold wash / gentle cycle
• Air dry only (no high heat)

💪 FOR STRONGEST HOLD:

To make your patch last longer, we recommend stitching around the edges after ironing — especially for hats, heavy-use garments, or stretchy fabrics.
